Sure. Everything can be viewed on different levels. Enjoying a tasty soda is still just a chemical interaction. But doesn't mean the tastiness of the soda doesn't exist or it is t meaningful. Just because the substrate of everything is the physical doesn't mean that that's all there is to it. I could describe the act of gulping an ice cold coca cola in physical terms but that doesn't really do it justice. To write it out and read it and all its properties is still not the thing itself. -

Right. I don't think anyone was saying tastiness doesn't exist or isn't meaninfull just because it can be explained as chemical interactions. But you said it could "be something else as well". Did you just mean it can be viewed on different levels? How does viewing something differently make it something else? Do you think if I view myself as "god", that I am god? -
