I have redheaded genes in my family, but I am fairly dark. I like redheads though, they're pretty nice people, and the girls are hot. I think redheads do have different mannerisms than other whites. The guys come in for a fair bit of abuse just for having red hair, which is not cool imo.

Americans work all the time and life there is incredibly boring and not at all like the movies.
And the only job you will get is working for other Asians. They'll hire you to work in their restaurants and the like - it's a cash business and Asian immigration isn't really a problem anywhere cos Asians work hard, but you will be expected to work really long hours and probably only paid for half of them.
As an immigrant on a work visa your employer will own you, and you will have no ability to complain - no one will care, and if your employer lets you go you'll have to go home, with all the problems of getting a flight sorted that's involved in that. -
