MORALLY SUPERIOR BEING, twink, and fat faggot, the unholy trinity of the omega male. They’ve actually expanded the theory to include people like you. -

2018-02-12 at 12:56 AM UTCIt's merely a question of semantics, like the word "god" - everybody uses the terms different
I wonder, do you guys think that Elon Musk is an beta? On one hand, he's an internationally recognised billionare - on the other, he got divorced twice to the same bitch who took millions off him in both settlements. -

he's a beta but now that he's a multi billionaire with countless flunkies and hot gfs he's mostly alfa... -
2018-02-12 at 2:37 AM UTCFlying is fucking amazing, Malice. You're taking off in an insulated metal rocket at hundreds of miles per hour, tens of thousands of feet in the air. You get to look down at the clouds, watch the ebb and flow of cities at night. I once flew over the grand canyon, window seat on a clear day. That was pretty awesome.
You have to be either anxious, depressed, or a frequent-flyer to not enjoy it, I think. Not that I enjoy the long lines to get through TSA or doing the penguin waddle to the bathroom (although it's kinda cool when there's turbulence, I love turbulence) but overall it's pretty fucking magical. -

It’s really not that impressive, mechanically speaking. Boats do literally the same thing, just on water.
I could sit here and marvel at the complex engineering that went into building the phone I’m typing this on, but I’m too busy thinking about other shit to notice or care.
I guess I fall in the latter category of frequent flyer, maybe that’s why I’m not as entranced by the process as you are. -

I do that a lot.
I do it about everything, including existence itself.
Then I think how insane it is that there are people who DON'T think about this stuff constantly, such as women. Then I get mad at women. -

I would care more if I could actually comprehend any of the theory behind it. Even after reading about it a lot, I still couldn’t explain how electrons moving around on transistors make computers work. -

You don't experience a phone. It's mostly just a tool to get other things done. We use it on a daily basis.
Flying is something to be experienced. You only think it's not impressive because it's been commercial for most of the last hundred years, but you're still doing something that most every other human pre 1900's only dreamed of doing. And you're doing it faster and higher than anything else on the planet. -
2018-02-12 at 3:11 AM UTCWell, anything that isn't human.
Feels good to be top of the food chain. -
2018-02-12 at 3:15 AM UTCI think I experience a phone about as much as I "experience an airplane" which is effectively a cramped seat where maybe I get to look out a tiny ass window at some clouds.
Amazing in concept but it's long since lost all its charm for me. -

Hey the quote button’s not working. Several people have noticed. It works on mobile but gets hung up on PC. -
