Man like 4 or 5 years ago I got arrested for a dwi and 2 weeks later I decided to drive drunk out of my town to a slammers place, which was a really bad idea. My hit something on the road out in the country and my tire blew out and there were no lights out there so i decided to rest my eyes and the cops showed up.
they started asking me what I was doing and I said just sleeping because my tire blew out. the put me in the car with handcuffs and drove me like a mile away while they tossed my car and asked me to get out of their car they put me in and take a sobriety test and I told them "fuck that you're just gonna take me to jail anyways" so he drove me back to my car and they called a tow truck and towed me back to my place.
They said they wanted to money back for the towing and had 2 days to meet back up with them. I never did and just ignored their calls because I'm not a cuck and i was never driving drunk when they found me, the keys weren't even in the ignition so they had no proof.
so tl/dr don't talk to the cops unless you're in the right and always stand up for your rights.
My friend went off the deep end and was driving without a license, plate and insurance. I remember going to court when he was up and he was arguing with the judge saying the cops testimony was hearsay. His friends kept trying to record the events and we all got kicked out of the courtroom.

What's weird is that sometimes the Freemen on the Land bullshit actually worked. I remember some people locked themselves into their shop, which they were way underwater on, and some Freemen on the Land convinced the Guards (Irish Police) to back down and not help the baliffs force their way in with some legal-sounding mumbo jumbo.
Of course Irish cops are way more laid back than American cops.
