   Every single night. I wake up the next morning and often tell my dreams to my wife and she tells me hers. It's pretty common.
   
   If you're not able to do that, here are some suggestions:
   
   1: Take 5-HTP
   2: Take Melatonin
   3: Drink Valerian Root based tea before bed.
   
   If you're not dreaming after 2 weeks of that, you're fucked up, nigga.

   I've heard of this ever since I was a kid. Is it actually true? Just did a quick google, didn't look too much into it though. Apparently the idea isn't completely backed up by science.

   Throughout sleep, we all go through stages. REM sleep is believed to be the stage in whence we dream. This is evidenced with "rapid eye movement" (hence, REM) and higher brain activity during sleep tests. Our ability to REMEMBER IT is varied. From everything I have read and understood, we ALL dream. Every night. Whether we REMEMBER IT or not, depends on things.
