It's only happened to me a couple of times. Once when I was sitting at a restaurant. I'm thinking of just spending the next couple of days wandering around the more scummier neighborhoods until someone offers me some.

- in marseille i was wandering around, minding my own business, and some guy with a shaved head and the the pungent odor of 'cop' comes up to me and says 'sheesh?' i was 18 or 19 at the time...and didnt want to be rude so i said 'huh?' whereupon he replied 'sheesh?' with my response being 'what?' and shrugged shoulders. this was repeated a couple more times and even though i had a vague familiarity with the french language, i had no idea what the fuck he was saying...then finally with barely an accent he said 'hashish?' now even though i was a fucking kid i know what the fuck hashish is...and that he was trying to sell it to me...so very politely i said 'merciboo-coo-no-fucking-thanks,mynigga' and he shuffled off.
- in florida, after participating in a street race where a cop decided to chase us, i hauled ass down the first side-street i found as soon as the cop lost sight of me. i turned off my lights and parked in some tall grass, (by 'tall grass' i mean something called 'saw-grass' which is about ten feet high) hiding my car from the main road and sat to wait out any follow-up piggies. within about two minutes some nigger comes up to my car and holds open a crinckled piece of aluminum foil with half a dozen or so pieces of crack in it...trying to sell me some. i politely explain why im there and have no interest in his wares. apparently i was parked in his living room.

Once when I was much younger I was on the bus and some woman started telling me about how she works at an old people's home and finds pills on the ground or some shit and she pulled out this bag and gave me some morphines. That was pretty dope but I think she only gave me like 60 mg

The other night a nigga approached me after the club at 3 am offering 3 for $10 x pills. The reason I know I'm grown up is that I totally blew him off & instead of taking some fake piperazine/placebo bullshit and feeling bad all night I just went to Dennys and went home.

Weed at a party doesn't count. I wish hanging w a couple sluts at a bar. They asked it I wanted to do coke and go back to my place. I wasn't on drugs at that point so I said no. Other than that, unless I was with drug people I don't think ever.

I live near one of the shittiest and poverty stricken cities outside of nyc and anytime at night if youre walking a sidestreet youll get solicited for rock but aside from that being a high probability rate area for the question at hand....not really.
A few times while in AZ a tweakers tried me over meth. While in San Francisco on haight/ashbury late at night i scored acid and some bud from a typical "pssst hey you" type corner dealer but all in all its a rarity. I mean hell...it was way more common in high school or as a teen at the skatepark or at a fest to get that kind of treatment in all honesty.

Yeah, bitches always get free shit. The rare times I was with anyone I was so desperate for someone to hang with outside of TC, I would share. But I def saw girls getting freebies. Sometimes they worked form them. Most guys just want to get them fucked up so they can molest them lol.

Been passed a joint at a venue before but other than that never had a stranger offer me drugs. Not really complaining though, free drugs are great but taking them from randoms is pretty sketchy.

Quite a few times, old neighbor wanted to sell me coke, random people offering hard, soft, food and pint. And had 2 strangers give me weed. One was a guy at a store said he was going to camp. The other was some random chick who crossed paths with me on my way back home at like midnight, I heard her say "so many creeps out" to herself I said something and she came up to me, saying she was running from some people, she seemed a bit paranoid then she asks me to feel her heartbeat randomly. Anyway I asked her if she knew where I could get some weed and she gave a phat nug for free and we parted.
