2018-02-01 at 2:03 PM UTClike i said dude...go to a hostel and meet people. if you don't meet them the first day then go out and just walk places until something interesting happens. then at like 6 or 7 pm go back to your hostel and just sit in the area to chill in with a beer if you want and then people will probably talk to you and just tell them about what you did that day and they'll probably invite you to hang out with them or go some place with them

When I go on holiday I mostly like to explore. Just walk around and learn how the buses work and the like.
If you don't want that you could just drink and sit in the sun. I have no idea how people do this. I seen lots of these old Germans in Tenerife, and they just lay out in the sun all day, and it seemed nuts to me.
Just be careful to not get sunburned or mugged. Those are the only two real risks. -

I'd prefer to sit out in the sun and do drugs, but I might have to resort to alcohol. -

Just hit up the local pharmacies. I've never been to Fiji, but generally you can find one that will sell to you. If one refuses you don't take it personally, just try somewhere else. If you bring your valium bottle or a photocopy of a prescription you can buy pretty easily, you can just say you ran out or whatever.
I bet booze is way cheaper in Fiji than Australia too, especially if you buy in the duty free on the way over. -
