Fucking lol. The purpose of the patches is to provide pain relief over an extended period of time. This is the reason for patches of any kind.
If you just looked on wikipedia you'd see that the bioavailability of oral fentanyl is like 30%. I bet you're eating your dilaudid too lol.
Again, this information is readily available online. It's clear that all you did is search drug forums though since you have 'conflicting information' for a very well studied drug. Next time you should consider, you know, actually doing your drugs correctly before deciding to redose or call a drug shitty. -

Bioavailability =/= fast onset. You do know what bioavailability means, right? You may get 100% bioavailability but if it takes 12 hours to do absorb everything you aren't going to get high. 50% bioavailibility of the same dose in 1 hour will get you much, much higher. -
