Dream I had-- demoralized

   The Self Taught Man Black Hole
   I was watching a plane fly bye.. it was low enough I could see the pilots (exagerated I'm sure) it looked like a kid.
   
   it flew bye 3 times then crashed at a local theme park (with roller coasters)
   
   I called 911 and said "he did several pass byes and the operator was like "why didn't you call the first time.. you know you're responsible for this".
   
   I started yelling at her that in the past I did call as soon as possible and was ignored.
   
   
   What does this mean?
