   I always liked most people from India. I mean I can't say that for every culture. But there are bad or stupid people everywhere.
   
   Perhaps it's because the smartest of Indian people come to the USA. But several Times talking to Indian people, they have said they don't want to go back to India because it's backwards with little infrastructure. they only go back for business or family issues. I can feel their concern.
   
   This happened a few times in the USA BTW. they're supposed to drop it out over oceans
