Workout for the most neglected muscle group :
-
2018-01-13 at 9:40 PM UTCthe neck.
i used to shake my head vigorously to dry my hairs everytime after i shower, which was inspired by watching doggs dry themselves and after years of doing so,
i have a nice, well toned and stout neck on par with those of racing car drivers, especially formula 1 race car drivers.
do you exercise your necks ??? -

2018-01-26 at 6:13 AM UTCI do weighted shrugs, but you need to be super careful you don't hurt your neck as your spine runs through it.
In general the neck has a hard job holding your head steady (humans have very heavy heads due to being such big-brained nibbas). I don't believe necks need exercising at all.
If you work out your main muscles your smaller muscles will usually tend to sort of keep up. Even bodybuilders don't go around exercising each muscle group individually. They concentrate on the big lifts, and the rest of the muscles sort of grow in line with them.
That's why your right arm doesn't grow way bigger than your left no matter how much you jack off. -

thats why people with stroke or paraplegic have smaller non-function limbs. muscle atrophy happens when their unused for a prolonged period. -

2018-01-27 at 12:31 AM UTCYou have to work out your neck, it's usually the first muscle group people see when they meet you
A thick neck signifies physical prowess and literally allows you to take a punch better as the muscles prevent your jaw from spinning
Just take a look at wrestlers' or MMA fighters' necks
This is why you automatically feel superior to somebody who has a skinnier neck than you when you meet them -

the likelihood of those specific words being used in that specific sequence being used within the timeframe of the first time they were ever posted is somewhere between 'not bloody likely' and 'no chance'
this is why no one likes jedis.
