I double dosed methadone a couple days ago and been going through withdrawal but I’m goin to clinic tomorrow gonna get back on track

im doing well i took suboxone 2days ago all 8mg's and felt sick for quite awhile, im still on it but feel a lot better now.
and if you double dosed on methadone wont they be able to tell when and if they test you that you took more than you're supposed to? smh... some peoples kids.. -

They’d prob be like hmm if u need to double dose u might need a higher dose -
