    If you want real advice I'd say stick to tourist areas, get some good food, don't travel alone and don't be flashing around money or jedielry or your retarded Aussie accent too much. Tijuana is a shithole for the most part tbh. And for the love of god don't be asking around for drugs. If you have time you should drive south to a city called Ensenada (it's about 100 km south of Tijuana) that's a really nice, smaller beach tourist town instead.
