Holocaust, Holodomor, Muh Potata Famine, all these are attempts to create a foundational myth to justify a people splitting itself off from the mainstream and seeking special privileges for itself. Most societies have a foundational myth, like Texas and The Alamo.

Irish nationhood could only be achieved once the 1916 rising happened and was crushed. A massive military loss, but the boldness of the action, and the executions that followed, provided a justification for Irish nationhood, identitarianism and anti-British feeling.

If you look closely you'll notice jedis try to undermine myths of America, like implying the Founding Fathers were a bunch of losers and faggots, etc. At the same time they push their holocaust. That's why I deny the holocaust - not because I don't think it happened (and we all know it didn't happen the way we are told), but because it is a foundational myth that is used as a weapon against us.

The Holodomor was more or less caused by Ukrainians being faggots and refusing to grow crops cos they knew the Bolsheviks (who were 90% jedis at the upper levels) would take most of the production. In a way they brought it upon themselves, but it is still a foundational myth we should support just cos fuck the jedis.
