JANUARY 2--A Texas couple celebrated New Year’s early by engaging in oral sex while seated at a booth in an Austin restaurant, an act that was witnessed by other diners, according to a court filing.
Police charged Jonathan Hightower, 31, and Lashanda Fisher, 28, with public lewdness in connection with their alleged carnal encounter last Saturday evening at the Baby Acapulco eatery in Austin.
Hightower and Fisher are pictured in the above mug shots taken following their December 30 arrest.
Cops summoned to the Mexican restaurant around 10:25 PM were told by a manager that two customers had been “engaged in oral sex at a booth inside the business in front of customers.” The couple, the worker added, had left the restaurant and were at an adjacent gas station.
One witness told police she was eating when she “observed the female suspect giving oral sex to the male suspect.” The diner recalled the female suspect’s “head bobbing up and down towards the male suspect’s groin for about five minutes.” A male diner reported seeing “the male suspect’s exposed penis as it entered the female suspect’s mouth.”
Both witnesses said they were “very offended” by the sexual activity “inside the restaurant where multiple children were present.” A police review of surveillance footage showed “the female suspect’s head descend down towards the male suspect’s groin area.”
When confronted by police, Hightower and Fisher acknowledged they had been sitting together inside Baby Acapulco (seen below). If convicted of the misdemeanor charge, Hightower and Fisher each face a maximum of one year in jail and a $4000 fine. (2 pages)

that resteraunt is a pretty mixed crowd , most people that live here have been to it at least once and regardless of race that wouldn't fly over i wouldn't say its the most family friendly place but people do go there with children.
Hell in most bars here that shit wouldn't fly.
