To even conceive of the notion of knocking her food bowl demonstrates the dark state of mind you possess. That lady maybe makes the equivilent of $3-5 a day. I recommend you practice more positive thinking. -

If you did some shit lile knock jer bowl off her head, most are buhddist and would look at it this way, karma is a bitch, you got yours coming, hence why the people genuinely seem to be friendly and caring even to stupid white travellers. They may also kick your ass if they did manage to catch you or turn you over to law enforcement where they would kick your ass and rape you.

depends on what you do of course, a basic meal can be $1-3 - I've had dinner for four for under $4 before.
What is the quality of the drinking water?
bad, westerners cannot drink from the tap. It is typically brown anyways. i have some sort of stomach bacteria right now and am taking antibiotics to treat it… there are no ambulances, im not going to bother with the hospitals. They are a very superstitious people and unless i pay out, the quality of care will be archaic.

Here's a meal I had in a family's home that I took a picture of, lots of small dishes shared amongst people is common. the restaurant food here is honestly bad, VERY oily. there is no proper refrigeration either. i eat only vegetarian here or fresh fish if i find it. the fruits and vegetables are delicious though, and taste as they should - unlike mass produced american produce.

there are no street walkers I know of, some bar girls in a few places - this isn't thailand or cambodia - it is very conservative. if you're looking for prostitutes look elsewhere, the ones that are here have HIV rates of 10+%

depends where I am, in those pictures i was in pretty remote areas. In yangon you will find expats and tourists often. Inle and Bagan also have their share of tourists. This is the last untouched placed in asia in my opinion

no, in fact i haven't even seen anyone scream out of anger. it's a calm society and i must say for the widespread poverty
