Originally posted by NARCassist coffee contains caffeine, caffeine is a drug, a stimulant drug similar to amphetamines and cocaine to be exact. soda and tea also contain caffeine, in fact tea contains more caffeine than coffee but people commonly misconceive this as they associate the words caffeine and coffee, although the word similarity is actually only coincidental. the word caffeine was not derived from the word coffee nor visa versa.
.
similar to be exact? wut. your iq is like 110 at most.
also caffeine isn't similar to ampheatamines or cocaine. amphetamine isn't even similar to cocaine
except for being stimulants, all 3 drugs have very different mechanisms of action.
caffeine being significantly less damaging to the body and brain and less addictive, being an adenosine antagonist while amphetamine is
a norepinephrine serotonin and dopamine releasing agent, cocaine a norepinephrine dopamine and serotonin reuptake inhibitor -
2017-12-30 at 6:18 PM UTCIsn't caffeine extremely addictive?

The thread was about church and emoji culture so that's what I posted. Why do you care so much? Are you high?.
You have spent all day reading my posts to tell me what? That I'm wrong about pot?.
I'll admit I have smoked it years ago and I never saw the appeal then, still don't see the appeal today and actually now that more people are getting into it I see it as more harmful because it's a gateway drug.
Everyone here does a hard drug of some sort and I'm sure you all got started the same way, pot smoking. -

no, tobacco was my gateway drug. i'm pretty sure it is the gateway drug for over 99% of drug users.
why do you post here anyway? with your retarded sheep view on drugs i see no reason why you'd want to be part of this community unless its just to try troll us.

2017-12-30 at 7:09 PM UTCDid you really just use the term gateway drug? If that idea is valid then it would apply to alcohol and cigarettes as well and there just is no solid evidence that it is a valid theory. It's anti drug propaganda and I don't know why the hell you want to be here when you are so far behind on the most basic idea's about effective drug prevention. We might as well be arguing about if god is real or not because that's how old your ideas are.

You can buy those at stores.
If you buy stuff from criminals eventually you will become one as you associate for with the underground to get your fix of whatever.
That's why alcohol was legalized in the first place because it was a short step from illegal drug dealers. -
2017-12-30 at 8:41 PM UTCYou have to actually make a point in order for it to be discourse. Go look up the drug policies in Portugal over the past couple years and the effects of said policies and then try again.

2017-12-30 at 10:21 PM UTCi do a moderate amount of drugs but don't feel any need to defend it
but still, getting on methadone by lying about being addicted to opiates is just about the stupidest fucking thing you could do and op is probably going to regret it forever. -

yep, very true. like heroin, methadone does need to be very much respected. too many fucktards using all that shit and giving it a bad name, making it very easy for the media and govt to paint it in a bad light and get sheeples thinking like retard squirrel up there.

I've never withdrew from methadone though so I don't really know but that's what I've heard, and generally I think half life of the drug corresponds to the length of withdrawal. Withdrawing off a couple months of doing an OC 80 5 days a week for a couple months only took me two or three days to get over the bulk of it, but poppy seed tea w/d after 5 or 6 weeks of daily use sticks around for like almost a week. -
