NAC is the best supplement I've ever found and everyone should take it multiple times per day. I also take fish oil and would take more supplements if I felt like spending money on them. Klonopin is ok but you will develop a tolerance to it very fast, I only use it occasionally to fall asleep. Anyone have any suggestions on racetams that will actually make a difference? I haven't tried them before because I'm doubtful about how effective they would be at anything, I'd like something that would give me energy and focus.
dl-phenylalanine is also a good supplement that is great for recovering and still pretty good for everyday use.
Phosphatidyl Serine is a good supplement, it will limit the amount of cortisol in your brain and I use it for long workouts or stressful 12 hour shift jobs. A ketogenic diet will also make you feel better, keep you from getting fat and most likely extend your life.
