   Yes but why the fuck would you? Go for the legs, the replacements don't need as much dexterity. Kinda hard to get a good replacement for your hands/fingers.

    It was an invitation for you to explain why the fuck you think medical science isn't being taken seriously. How high are your expectations here? I think we've done pretty fucking well as a species so far. Within my lifetime i have seen a plethora of game changing medical technology come into light. I actually have a condition that i wont get into, but when i had my surgery in the early 2000's there was no solution whatsoever and that aspect of the issue had to remain untreated. Now there is. Could extend my life by several decades.
