I do however loved steamed white fish over wild rice and a side of veggies.
we occasionally eat frozen stuff like plaine cheese pizza but throw on fresh veggies.
A good alternative to bacon is taking those thin cut deli slices of smoked turkey and fry them up in olive oil.. taste a lot like bacon. put them on baked potatoes with chives and low fat sour cream. -

Sure I do. It's not considered a real shell fish like a shrimp, it looks related to it, as abalone looks like a clam.. but both are like related to snails I believe. or it's slightly larger than a shrimp? I have fried prawns with spicy chinese sauce at a restaurant. -
