I don't have any disdain for you whatsoever, and I'm definitely open minded but this video literally says nothing. There is no information, it's only meant to give you the vague notion that some very smart people validated ideas that it never even really states. Its purpose is so that anyone who has mystical ideas can watch it and feel like neil degrasse tyson agrees with them.
Show me some actual content or information and we can talk. But the video is garbage. I don't feel like that makes me a dick to say that, especially since this is the internet.

This is a hologram.
You will, when your brain expires become one with the absolute. Perception will remain but thought is no more due to the restrictive nature of it. Thoughts can only exist within certain range of frequencies. And as you lose your brain, you lose your ego, you lose your free will, and you lose your ability to turn thoughts into reality.
That is the harsh reality of things. However, its not all about losing things.. As you become one with the absolute, you also become one with everything else. All perceiving and all knowing. Unimaginable amounts of information about the worlds and experiences from other passed away individuals will be instantly retrieved at will.
I find it hard to imagine existing in a world without thought or free will though, but i don't see why it should be an unpleasant experience just because i don't get it.
