One time shortly after I turned 19, I lost my first apartment and was homeless I didn't want to live with my parents so I would stay at friends house or sleep outside, I had a job and money just the living situation was kinda fucked for a lil while, anyways, I was wondering the streets on my day off downtown and went into the porn shop dreamers to look around, this old dude was in there and I didn't think much about it, but he followed me out when I left and asked if everything was alright (I had a back pack on so maybe he could tell i was homeless) and I told him I was, and he asked if I wanted to go get something to eat, and I told him I wanted to go to the county line, one of my favorite bbq restaurants, we were eating ribs and drinking shiner bocks and it was rad, we went back downtown to his hotel to drink more and i was sitting in a chair and he was on the bed and put on some porn and I started feel uncomfortable, so I text me friend andrew if he could come pick me up and he did. I told the guy I had to go my buddy wanted to hang out and he asked if he could drive me to his place and I told him nah its all good.
Another time a few months later I had a place to live w 2 roomies and they were cool, but I was doing a bunch of coke around that time and walked off of the job site of the house I was painting with my roomie and kinda felt guilty about how I was fucking up and went to a coke anonymous meeting that night that was like a couple blocks away at a korean church.
Some guy introduced himself to me at the end and I told him what had been going on and he said he'd be my sponsor, little did I know he was trying to work the 13th step, I was a lot more naive back then. Anyways, he took me to sonic to get a coney and fries and he started looking at me all starry eyed and told me he likes my hair... so anyways when he was dropping me off I told him to drop me off across the st at a different apartment. Shit was weird
