   It was just a matter of time honestly, it usually is with disorganized killers. Also to get back at something you mentioned earlier. The way in which the killings were committed so close to each other geographically and temporally both suggest a disorganized offender. Basically, being disorganized just means the guy responsible didn't plan very far ahead.

   Don't really care about how smart the guy is. But you can be disorganized even if you are smart. The thing is that some people have a certain pathology that makes them act impulsively. You see this with offenders that commit murders in the service of some sort of sexual impulse. Although, impulse control is a sign of intelligence what i am trying tom say is, you can be intelligent and have your impulse control impaired for whatever reason.

   Well, I'm starting to realize that a lot of college grads aren't very smart. There seemed to be quite a few when I was in retail and they were just regular workers.
