You ever met a celebrity? I have and it's gonna sound faggy but even though I think I have a strong mental constitution, I have felt the feeling of being "star struck".
It's weird and hard to describe. It doesn't even have to be a celebrity you particularly like. That star-struckedness is basically a straight up physiological response to someone who's essentially abduction to you, someone you see in films and on TV and in the news, actually becoming real to you.
So Kevin Spacey could ask you to finger his asshole just so, just in an apparently half joking manner, and he could probably get you to do it. Of course you don't want to finger Kevin Spacey's asshole and you'd be highly uncomfortable, but I can almost guarantee he'd be able to make you do it.

In Louis's specific case, I highly doubt he was being consciously manipulative like "hehehehe this bitch can't say noooo". But he recognised himself that what was going on was that these women didn't actually want to see his dick but said yes because of his position as a celebrity, as an influencer, etc. As he himself said, when you're in that position, you shouldn't be saying something like "wanna see my dick?" It's like Uncle Tom said, with great power comes great responsibility.
This is why sexual harassment is a thing too. Imagine you're in for a promotion at work and of course that rides heavily on staying in your boss's good books. Your boss, a 300 lb gay man, lightly touches the small of your back and says "let's go out for some drinks, eh GP?" in a sultry tone. That's immediately a problem; now it's not about your attraction, it's about your promotion. And you might feel pressured to say yes even if you want to say no. Can you at least acknowledge that that's a problematic situation?Idk man I guess my real issue with it is that I don't like how people tend to gang up on others and judge them as a group when half those motherfuckers have probably done much worse to sleep with a girl. It's disgusting and I feel like it's a blight on our species, like war and racism. It's become the new norm to systematically judge people on the internet and decide and categorize their value to humanity, and drown out everything else.
I hate the hypocrisy of it too. But we can acknowledge bad things are bad without saying anything about worse things. -

Yea, I mean, I thought I did already. Like I said I just feel like everyone does things to other that are hurtful, but for whatever reason society kind of dictates that some things are acceptable (michael jackson fondling little kids) while they crucify another guy for unduly using his influence for sexual gain, and I don't really feel like anyone is qualified to judge the actions of others, especially in such a systematic way. Everyone has done shit they're not proud of and everyone has to face their own demons and I just don't feel right participating in what seems to me like some "10 minutes of hate" or whatever. Like everyone is just ganging up on the enemy and reaffirming to each other that there is an enemy and the enemy is disgusting and there's no way that WE could ever be like that, right? When you expose yourself in public there are crimes like public indecency. And if you're masturbating, gross indecency. We've already agreed as a society that you shouldn't masturbate in public (thanks Diogenes) but I can't see what crime there is for masturbating in front of non-consenting people in your home. I guess you could argue it's 'harassment' but it doesn't really fit.
In my eyes it's mostly a decency thing.
