It's ridiculous how many people on reddit are calling it sexual assault/rape when they're essentially implying that celebrities are not able to have sex with consent. If Gigi Hadid came up to my room and fucked me right now, I would be 100% totally willing, but she would still be raping me. In fact, if we go by that logic, why stop at celebrity? What if she's just a millionaire but not famous and I'm just a college student? Isn't she also using her influence to get her way with me, and therefore I have no choice in the matter? And why stop there….why don't we just make different fucking echelons of society where we rank everyone and you can only have sex with people of your same social standing. Yea, that would be fucking awesome.

I think there's a bit more nuance that that. He's not saying that they're not capable of consenting, ever. It's that he got away with doing something to them that they really didn't want to do, because he had power over them.

If you're a young comedienne and Louis CK asks if you wanna see his dick, can you honestly not acknowledge the dynamics involved there? What if he says no and Louis blackballs them? How do you know he isn't a vengeful or crazy motherfucker?

The point is, they didn't want to see his dick but had to because of the situation. And they're also not calling it rape or assault, just "misconduct", which I can agree with.

  9. They didn't have to do anything, and the 'power imbalance' is only in their head. Where is the power imbalance for the woman who said no and walked away? It's not like he had a fucking armed guard sitting there. That this is even an issue is SJW as fuck. You can't just say "BUT WHAT IF HE ASSAULTED ME" because you can use this for literally every non-violent situation involving somebody who is physically bigger. Normally when people think like that, it's called paranoia.

I can definitely see how his position could strongly influence those women, but where do you draw the line between honest and dishonest manipulation? All sexual or romantic relationships involve some degree of manipulation, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. When you're first dating a girl you really like, you might do something nice like make her dinner or whatever. Your intentions may be wholesome as fuck but you're still purposely giving her a good experience in hopes that she will associate it with you later and like you more as a result of it. I realize there's a huge difference between this scenario and Louis CK's, but I'm trying to illustrate the two extremes, and between those are an infinite amount of scenarios where people are being manipulated with various degrees of honesty.

Idk man I guess my real issue with it is that I don't like how people tend to gang up on others and judge them as a group when half those motherfuckers have probably done much worse to sleep with a girl. It's disgusting and I feel like it's a blight on our species, like war and racism. It's become the new norm to systematically judge people on the internet and decide and categorize their value to humanity, and drown out everything else.

so the question has to be that if they decided they didn't like what he did because they felt somewhat abused by his use of 'influence' over them. then why didn't they make the complaint at the time.

Well two of them tried to, but all they did was call his manager it seems like. They didn't file a complaint because they didn't know if it was illegal or not.

That's actually something worth mentioning to the SJW faggots... it's ok for women to use sex to manipulate men, but it's not ok for men to manipulate women for sex?

I've already addressed this you mexican discount-Jesus looking motherfucker.

It's not about them being physically intimidated into doing it.

What happens if you say no to Louis CK? I don't know and neither do you and neither do those women.

You ever met a celebrity? I have and it's gonna sound faggy but even though I think I have a strong mental constitution, I have felt the feeling of being "star struck".

It's weird and hard to describe. It doesn't even have to be a celebrity you particularly like. That star-struckedness is basically a straight up physiological response to someone who's essentially abduction to you, someone you see in films and on TV and in the news, actually becoming real to you.

So Kevin Spacey could ask you to finger his asshole just so, just in an apparently half joking manner, and he could probably get you to do it. Of course you don't want to finger Kevin Spacey's asshole and you'd be highly uncomfortable, but I can almost guarantee he'd be able to make you do it.
  17. No no you see, then they're WHORES.

You're either a rapist or a whore, which one are you?

Nice strawman. Find me someone credible who says it's okay for women to manipulate a man with sex.

So you think nobody can consent to sexual relations with a celebrity?

I don't know anyone who says it's ok, I just know it's been happening since the dawn of time and it isn't being blown up all over social media.
