   The real suggestion is implement IP bans. Or at least permaban scron and sploo since they inevitably spam bullshit and get banned again, and permaban every one of their alts too. This is literally intentional disruption to the letter, since you keep seeing new posts and think there's discussion, but it's just this homeless tweaker spending time flooding the forums instead of getting a job.

    I do have IP bans, scron will use tor if I use them so they don't do much unless I blacklist all exit nodes, which I don't want to do. Also it would mean banning HTS.
