- set up an audio recording on a building roof of a gun firing somewhere (be sure not to leave prints!) With a cap covering your face, unrecognisable shoes and clothing etc and figure out some way to activate it remotely.
- acquire silenced rifle intended for long range shooting and a giant amount of rounds for the fun part
- go in the opposite direction, somewhere secluded (silenced gunfire is still loud), maybe a hotel room even, with drummy music playing pretty loud.
- shoot fish in s barrel at the concert, as long as you can land your shot in their general direction, it should hit someone

All good, except the dummy gunfire should come from the hotel room,and the real shooting from ON TOP OF THE GODDAMN GAS TANKS BY THE AIRPORT. -

i wasnt going to say anything...but now youre annoying.
theyd just turn on the 50-billion-gallon-per-second fire extinguisher on top of the tanks then point and laugh at your body parts scattered all over the place. they wouldnt even have to clean them up...the deluge wouldnt leave any evidence of your existence except maybe the shiny-clean bones. -

Compare the time between gunshots to the time between echoes, if there was one shooter you should see exactly equal times between each gunshot and each echo considering he wasn't moving

go to the local airport where they have their avgas fuel farms. ANY airport with tanks larger than about 5k gallons.
check out the motion sensors and cameras.
yea...that's probably proprietary info but I found it out on my own so I'm not under and contractual obligations to not flap my gums.
