Maybe it's a good point for you to start then. You can practice talking on camera with other people and they would just be people from here so there's no pressure to impress anyone.

2017-09-29 at 12:49 PM UTCor instead of thinking that you gotta impress all women with some slick 'game' shit. just take the pressure off yourself and try talking to women without any attempt to pull them what so ever. just try having normal everyday conversations with girls without any other intentions and then say 'bye' and get on with your day. get used to just talking comfortably with women. it really isn't hard or scary at all.
fun fact: some of those normal everyday conversations with women just naturally turn into more anyway.

2017-09-29 at 6:36 PM UTCDo any of you think that medication might help?
It's not just females, it's everyone. I just don't understand the whole thing. I never have. I never really had a relationship with either of my parents, or my siblings, and all of my previous friends have been criminal connections.
I feel hopeless but I want to give one last try. A really hard try to get it right. -
2017-09-30 at 9:03 AM UTCI wouldn't recommend taking social interaction advice from anyone on this site

Benzodiazepines might help, just don't over do it. -
2017-09-30 at 11:07 AM UTCHave you tried Phenibut? Benzos and uppers are great, too. Reckless, though.
The best advice is to jump into cold water. You don't have to fit in with people you don't like but you have to meet people first to figure out who is worth your time and who isn't. You might be able to find local stuff that interests you so you already got a foundation for communication with like-minded people and don't feel so lost. Also keep in mind that a lot of people really like to talk more than to listen so if you don't feel like a stand up comedian don't force it. That's actually a good thing. -

I don't think downers would help. I'm currently popping these fat burner pills and they actually make me sleep better. I actually slept for four full hours last night.
I need something that'll help me focus. I have noticed that I have a bad habit of interrupting people while they are speaking. I also have bad breath. So I'm thinking that chewing gum and focusing on not interrupting them while also fully listening to what they are saying, would be best. Along with a new job, new vehicle, new apartment, new clothing(which I need because most of mine don't fit anymore), and some new hobbies(like winter sports).
Just some changes.
These things might give me something to talk about. Also, I think I should start taking up listening/watching/reading about some type of sport, just for conversations. Maybe football, or maybe multiple sports.
There's still the challenge of my family though. What do I do when people ask about my family? -
