    This is likely a common way criminals get caught. Trying something new using no precautions because they don't know how successful they'll be, and then later try to back peddle.

    if i ran one of those sites i would change its location regularly. let the feds get close to tracking its location then make them have to start again from scratch every couple of weeks or so.
