That sucks man, was it just "old age" or complications or something?. I just lost my grandma at 72 because of cancer.
As for the money, I would start selling weed and use the profits to start the Bill Krozbydog stand. You need a business license, a (used?)hotdog stand and a deep freezer.
When I worked for a small hotdog stand business they had 4 stands and hauled them around in a horse trailor, they stored everything in a small garage near downtown.
I would imagine monthly operating costs being at least a few hundred for gas, propane and inventory.
