    It amazes me (in relation to your statement) that some people get shitloads of Government assitance in the thousands every month, but the average joe American can't get shit. and is fined as that of anyone else in any other tax bracket.
    
    I mean Fines should be based on say 1 days pay or 2 or so on, based on the tier. So if a Rich man crosses in the middle of the road and Jay walks.. it's going to cost him a days pay, just like someone who makes minimum wage.
    
    You will argue that is communist think, on my part. but it is also a hyper capitalist-imperialistic think to suggest a Wealthy Man should pay out of pocket which is chump change to him, that is forced on someone in which that is a months rent (or far greater)

    It's overcast today in the bay. I forgot all about the eclipse until 9 am.. picked up some people .. drove them near the bay
    
    the sky turned a weird greenish color around 10:15 and the sun popped out beteen a break in the clouds.
    
    It was a very subtle light difference and then about 10 seconds of a weird greenish hue over the bay water with tons of rain clouds overhead. it wasn't even high ceiling of fog.. it was some rain clouds as well.

    you could of stuck a pen into cardboard and held it over exposure paper inside a box and got different stages of the eclipse to have create a collage of photos of the sun's different transitioning things
