Nothing special. All you have to do is just lie there and maybe moan a little bit. Every once in awhile stutter out 'thank you sir...may i have more...'
Make sure you swallow. Spitting in the cab of a rig is just bad form. Even worst is turning your head away at the last momen and getting fuck-butter sprayed all over the interior. That makes for a terrible smell for the upcoming *cough* drive.
For bonus points...practice your anal-kegels.
