in other words.. they want the humans to train themselves to think multi laterally at one time. macro task efficiantly and try and thinking multiple things at the same time.. the better we do this.. the more of the percentage of processing is going on at the same time.
what is the highest use of the brain at any given time.. and for how long did they maintain a level of a higher percentage of the 10% norm?
