isn't 2028-29 supposed to be that asteroid they thought might kill us.. then said it will just miss us, but then it's coming back in 2032? I mean this thing is like 7 miles wide, and will pass between us and the moon.. closer to us. it will be an extreemly large rock to view passing at nighttime. possibly the daytime.

No they can't.. Pluto is 1,475 miles across, and it's only considered a dwarf planet. 7 miles across wouldn't qualify for being a dwarf planet.. that's pretty damn small.

This is the smallest planet we've discovered: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kepler-37b

It's about 2,400 miles in diameter. The main requirement to be a planet is that it's large enough to be formed into a spheroidal shape. Sometimes planets smaller than typical can gain this shape through a faster rotational speed, but 7 miles is ridiculously far from the smallest planet we've found. It would be maybe an asteroid or something at that size.

So the one that misses us in 2028 but returns to earth in 2032 will be only one of 2 asteroids to fly close by in 2032.

the other one found in 2013 is 2013 TV135. it's only a quarter mile wide but would still be 50 times larger than hiroshima. enough to take out a metropolitan and surrounding areas.

the one found in 1998 should fly by us 30,000 miles at 45,000 mph. so that's fairly close. we have satellites out from earth at 28,000 up. so this thing that is 6 miles wide should most likely be visible to the naked eye. it will probably look like a large star. at least with a night-vision it should be seen if not the naked eye. 11 and 15 years aren't that far away. assuming we havn't killed ourselves off yet.
