Over the past year I've gone from 180lbs 9% body fat to 200+lbs 15+% body fat. I tell everyone that I'm bulking but really I feel like shit and have lost much of my agility and endurance. How can I motivate myself to start eating properly again?

Just start by forcing yourself to eat healthy and exercise and in a couple of weeks you'll already start to feel a lot better then use that feeling as motivation.

I guess by being motivated and having more self discipline if it matters to you that much. I've gained weight to and am going through the same thing, I've been eating better recently but my problem is the amount of brews I drink that's messed me up, I've cut back, still have a ways to go though.
But the thing is with food addiction / alcholism, "cheat days" aren't really a good thing until you have moved past your old state of mind, which I know is easily said that done.
And OP to you do drugs or drink? How fat are you? I drink a lot and I still cycle and am pretty active. I'm 5'10 and 145lbs but I guess I'm "skinny fat"

I can't take any post seriously with that deadly fucking glance of an avatar.
Are you on any sort of medications? If so, what sort of medications are you on?

i feel you lopht. the only reason im losing weight is meth; the small amounts of food/drink i consume are absolute dogshit... been drinking an obscene amount of mountain dew and energy drinks as well as making shit eating choices. one solid way to cut back on calories is to stop drinking anything but water or black coffee (use coconut sugar for less calories) and not eating snacks that arent raw fruit/veggies.
one healthy snack i really like is celery with sriracha. the sriracha is really low on calories, unlike buttermilk ranch, and still adds flavor. cant go wrong a couple packets/cans of tuna either; great source of protein and extremely low-calorie. 7.5oz of tuna is what, 300 cals or so? throw some of that yung sriracha and cashews up in that shit for maximum sause
