Things have been cool with her for the past 4-5 years since that, yeah. Also, now that I stopped taking Klonopin, coffee fucks with my heart rate and BP way more, gets me jittery and more anxious. But I feel way tired if I don't drink some in the morning.. and then a few hours after that.

after a little bit of googling, it seems "dudn't" isnt a personal speech error like i thought and it is in fact a southern (texan, usually) thing.
i guess i do have that southern american accent; back in the day my videogame buddies online said that i do but i never realized it

So turns out Rizzo is alive. Talked to him the other day. Thought TRT deserved to know where its father ran off to.

"Imagine...the microwave..."
Just found a great technique for modulating the anxiety-fear-apprehension cluster of emotion. The above quote is from Boku no Hero, which I've repeated a few times in the past, although it was just being a weeb as opposed to practical application. Instead of a jittery uncontained feeling, something unchanneled that can have detrimental effects such as performance anxiety, excessive worry about negative possibilities and attention paid to the surrounding environment, it can be contained and altered into an engine for performance.
It took a remarkably short amount of time. I began by reflecting on my thoughts on the proper technique to do so, the visualizations to utilize, and managed to get it on my first try. Memorized the feeling, the process, allowing it to be done consistently.
I could become a Buddhist monk, a meditation master.

Noticed some amusing behavior from Strange Guy. Bella came by. Before that, I think I may have heard her meowing at the door, calling for me, for the first time (That I know of.). She has a very soft, feminine, sweet and cute meow. Anyway, Bella was by the door and she seemed very comfortable around me, was very close by, with her pretty blue eyes. Such a petite cat. She even moved away a bit and began rolling on the ground slightly, exposing her stomach, which is a very positive sign of feeling secure around you as they normally treat their underside with utmost caution, as it's their most vulnerable area.
After staying near her and watching for a minute or two I left her with the food and water bowls. I saw Strange Guy come by, who I hadn't been aware had been nearby. She's an enormous glutton, likely due to not getting the same amount of food due to her skittish predisposition, and can be somewhat domineering, Bella and Little Guy move away from her when she wants to eat, which is always. I went out to shoo her and let Bella eat and drink first and surprisingly she stood her ground and hissed at me.
Normally she's super skittish and would retreat whenever I came out. I wonder if she sw me interacting with Bella, how she didn't seem to fear me at all and everything, and decided that I wasn't actually a threat.
Ash has also found a new sleeping spot in one of the cabinets above the kitchen counter. I have a cupboard kitty. She's also been spending all her time indoors and doesn't seem to want to go out, which I don't mind because she regularly gets into pretty bad fights based on how she always has bad scabs on her skin.
