    Anyway, bench warrants are issued for things like unpaid fines or not meeting guidelines regarding a sentence you received. They're generally regarding something you've already please guilty to and just didn't follow through with.

    Oh, I pretty much half read the thread so I didn't know that's what the warrant was for. As long as he casts enough doubt the jury could still find him not guilty.

    Yeah, she was all fucked up on Tinychat (what else is new one night and I screen capped her eating topless and later posted them in a thread here which caused a massive shitfit. She followed me around for a little while until I just actively started ignoring her, to which she responded one more time, then I changed my avatar to the picture I snagged and haven't seen or heard shit from her since.

    not for prisoners they don't. that's for citizens that are under arrest at the police station or at customs check areas. prisoners do not have the same rights that civilians do.

    No. For prisoners. You can't just strap an inmate down and go up his ass without getting sued for millions. You need probable cause. That probable cause has to be outlined in the warrant.
