No, there is no evidence to suggest that any "race" is biologically superior to another. However there are cultural and environmental factors at play that make, for example, the average Asian in the US smarter and black in the US less intelligent, than the average white.

The concept of race itself is retarded if you want to consider modern science.

They're using outdated and poorly defined (in scientific terms) concepts of race mixed in with conceots of ethnicity because categories like "white", "black" and "Asian" are easy to remember. That includes me. We use it because it is effective for communicating in demotic discourse, but scientifically, these are terrible and meaningless.
