What kind of nightmares do you have?

2017-07-05 at 9:44 PM UTCI still have nightmares about hydro pointing a gun at me or hearing the gunshot from the night she 'tried to kill herself' and then walking out to find the corpse of dead babies/family/friends. If my nightmare is violent it either involves her or some wild animal. Usually her.

Either i die, or i kill people, on rare occasions they get to be bizarre, like one time i dreamt i was in a body-snatcher scenario and all the people around me were copies of their original selves and i could trust no one and they were all out to get me. Last night i dreamed that i was going on a shooting murder rampage, it wasn't scary per se, but the weird thing was as the character that went on a rampage got shot and died(Me) I sort of respawned as another character in my dream. I thought nothing of it(Dream logic) i was just really sad that this other character ended up dying. And then all of a sudden this parking garage i was in collapsed half way, like part of it was swallowed by a sinkhole. I remember being very worried. But not that scared. Scary dreams are the ones when my brain doesn't disconnect or change the dream after i get mortally wounded and i get to experience what must be going through a person's head moments before they die. Guess what the first emotion always is? Surprise. Followed by intense fear. Killing other people in my dreams is scary in the sense that it is always very graphic and disturbing.

they're more than dreams. They're lucid mind fucks with emotional fear at the highest level. you waking up in a sweat, drenched soaking wet and your heart racing like you're did speed. -

So realistic I wake up in a funk because the emotion was so real. Sucks the most when it's a girl I know because then I question how I really feel about them. I think being able to get real advice from the proper sections is one of the things I miss most about Totse.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

yeah thats why i made this thread to see if I could get a real discussion going, but to be honest I have no answer for you. What was depressing about being with these women?
I actually made a dream thread a few months ago that everyone shit all over where, I had a girl that I knew in high school help me out, and I never had a sexual interest in her, not that she wasn't pretty, but she was an older soul than me, basically an old lady in a pretty young girls body.
I wont go into much more detail but basically I fell down and couldn't get back up, but she came and helped me stand up and we walked outside of some building just bullshitting, i guess like we did in school. We walked out of the building and into a parking lot and i was like later... and I felt a lot better in the dream and when I woke up.
And yeah I never had any sexual attraction or romantic feeling toward her but its stuck with me for the last few months. -

I get these once in a while
I even experience like a wall of nothingness taking over my consciousness, like what people who have "clinically died" says it feels like
For me it's usually more relief than fear though, and when I wake up I get mad and think, "wtf brain? Why would you do that if i'm not actually dying?" -

Being with the women isn't the depressing part, it's the feeling of loss afterwards. Almost like breaking up with someone, but only you knew you were ever in a relationship so there's no real closure ever. -
