Is amphetamine better with or without SSRIs?

   I'm wondering because amphetamine does have some action on serotonin and using selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors might either increase or decrease certain aspects of the experience. From a quick look on google I can see that there is one study published that sertraline (which I have) and fluvoxamine potentiate the hyperlocomotion effects in a biphasic manner meaning some doses might increase that aspect, a different dose might do the opposite. I didn't sleep at all and I still have 4 joints worth of synthetic cannabinoids being metabolized by my system right now somewhere or another, so I actually started tripping for a minute or two but then that went away. I took some tums to make my stomach more alkaline, I know that doesn't apply to vyvanse as much because the lysine molecule has to be cleaved from the dextroamphetamine first, but then the alkalinity can increase the reabsorption in the bladder which leads to a longer lasting high. That's part of the reason I also plan on drinking some white grapefruit juice with it, but it's not only that, it will also effect the metabolism of the molecule to some degree.

   No matter what you mix it with it just doesn't have enough methyls to be a good drug to get high on. Get pure uncut amphetamine sulfate if you wanna do speed or just do meth. Anything else is just fumbling with your dick in your hands.

   Even if you were already taking the SSRI for at least two weeks, it would still have no potentiating effect or anything if taken with amp.
