It's not applause, it's satisfaction. There's a difference. If someone is always playing with guns and they finally shoot themselves, you don't applaud, but you see a certain ironic eventuality to it. You're not happy about it, but at the same time, you find a certain justice in it, just because it's good math. That's where I stand. They played with matches and they got burnt. I find that quite amusing.

Idio with the wife and kids, I don't know Zoks lifestyle but he seemed to hold up for a while so I wouldn't count him as a pussy, Arnox - serf explanatory. Lanny's holding up good, probably because he's not married, has no kids, not a whiny bitch, and is not a moral fag. The other's that didn't last for long didn't fit this persona.

If I expressed that I missed my dad, you certainly wouldn't tell me to just 'give it up' or 'drop it already, just let it go, LET HIM BE DEAD.' Like...no shit. I realize he's dead. I still miss him. And that's much the same to how we are certainly justified to miss something in our past that we had a relationship or attachment with/to.
It's certainly different for me comparatively to the remaining userbase here that are actual 'totseans,' as I've said before, and though I'm still a bit baffled as to how I never encountered totse given my fairly deviant past, I don't regret not having been a part of it. What with all the time I spent in the 2000s in and out of correctional facilities, halfway houses, and treatment centers, I wouldn't have likely been able to be much of an active member anyway. And I didn't even find zoklet until October of 2013. I was around 1.5 years sober at the time and spent most of the last few years either playing video games every night or prior to my sobriety, drinking and playing video games every night. ha
What's my fucking point here? Uhh. UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I guess all the talk of totse since I joined zoklet has been quite intriguing or at least interesting to me. Learning of the infamous members, hearing all of the stories, reading the arguments, and sort of piecing together in my head what type of a community this whole thing was, or had once been. I personally rarely even say 'totse' because I just.. I have no reason to. I wasn't there and the closest I came was being on zoklet for the last 9 months of existence. What I was truly fascinated by and honestly respected, as cringey as it may seem, was the BI catalogue, if you will. That in and of itself I very much miss. DETAILED sticky threads on nearly any scam that could be thought off, from simple shoplifting to card-swiping to online scams and everything in-between. That was pretty fucking kewl. I payed nearly no attention to any of the other threads of the forum for the first few weeks I discovered it, simply finding myself swimming through the sea of ideas. This is when I first encountered on a random basis some of the notable or memorable users of the era. Unstable and Bling stand out to me as the first few consistent posters I came across, as they were both semi-regular BI posters and had high post counts and stats.
As I spent more time there, I began to recognize more of the 'big names' as they would randomly post in BI threads from here to there, usually to make fun of the OP, lol. The mods at the time were probably the ones that I began to recognize the most. Since name drops are fun, I'll just spout of the top of my head the people that I began to sort of respect and found intrigue within. Of course my now bfffff Panny, as well as Psycho, Mizled, Vizier, Snoopy, and Captain Falco. I learned of the Lanny's and the Spectrals and TheDaGurus and other banned members who were often brought up, and took notice of them, and attempted to learn their significance and their tales. I ventured into other areas of zoklet and found more feuds, more friends, more chapters to this curious site. Half Baked brought me many pleasures, enjoying my time with the likes of eBagger and Actor and fuckhead, not to mention Sir Cornwell. I learned of 'NIGGERS' komokazi, and Schplew, and Roshambo. I encountered Oplus, and Mr. Orange, and Crazy Mike. kreepy came along like a ray of sunshine in my heart. Average_Jane showed her tits and we liked it. Fappish. BradleyB. Malice. Piles of Crack. PNumbers, mememememewithme, FON, WAN, dumpster slut, savino, ikullnullairtime, imagination..... I began to like ALL OF YOU.
Anyway. Yeah, I miss it too, but like I've said, I'm glad this little site is still around. ONE LOVE <3 HUG UNIT XD XD :smug:

Mostly because the internet is so shitty now. I hate social media for obvious reasons, reddit and youtube are full of faggots and chans are bullshit, everyone has the same username and you can't tell them apart because they're all autistic.
Zoklet was a pretty lame spinoff of toste but it was actually entertaining for a while.
I only miss it for the quantity of like minded people. -

The reason i went to that fat tranny's site was because sanctuary was gay and i had no place else to go. So i sent it a PM like: Yo, it's psychomanthis, i has extensive mod experience(I'm putting this on my resume just for keks) and i'm somewhat notorious, i'll help out with the site, i can has admin? It said yes, and for a moment i was actually pretty serious about making it work, longlivezoklet was a gay name but when you typed zoklet into google it was one of the first results after zoklet was kill which made members come that were looking for zoklet. Being the mentally unstable cunt that HC45 is working with it became impossible and in the mean time redfern showed up on my radar and i started posting there. When the tranny found out it blew up in a big rage which resulted into a lot of lulzy threads on redfern, then the tranny got doxed by a dear friend of mine and in a great beam of utmost 1337 justice LLZ was annihilated with the fury of a thousand suns. As i gazed upon the smoking crater. I was grateful and pleased. -

I've posted on all this shit for a while and am objectively one of the best posters over the last few years. I enjoyed posting and talking to some people, if I wasn't so paranoid I'd have probably kept in touch with more of them. I'm very glad I askedjeeves (or whatever) how to break open a briefcase back in 2001 or some shit.
As for what it ended up being collectively; just another internet circlejerk, just one more tuned to the rhythm I'm used to. I think it's ultimately run its course, hence the great title of the last incarnation "niggers in space." We've become ostracized baboons yelling into the galaxy (where there is no sound anyway).
For all my paranoia about letting my PI or anything out, it ultimately really didn't matter as everything went belly up. If you google "vizier zoklet" (be sure to do this twice a day to index it on google, perhaps one day becoming the first result for "zoklet" itself) you get the legendary leather jacket pic and I feel I've done the world a service. I'll periodically do this for the rest of my life before going to sleep at night knowing all is right with the world -

Not you two personally, but I remember when this all first started on Totse. I kept saying they had to clean stuff up around 2006, and everybody told me I was a douche. Everybody told me it was going to last forever. I said that the glory days were over and that the user base was going to destroy the website with their bullshit. Spectral is crazy, but he was right beside me saying the same things. We were absolutely correct because, within a few years, Jeff shut the website down because the user base wasn't worth the trouble anymore.
Same thing happened on Zoklet. Everybody cried about how they wanted something better. They wanted Totse. I tried to get a library started. Most people scoffed, some people contributed, but most of the site was the same pathetic shitposting that comprised Zoklet circa 2007. You guys would give refuge to sploo, Xpoast, BlingBling, and all these other shitposters who would just spam the site with their illegible bullshit and butthurt drama. Then once we finally got some serious Zoklet Library collections started and Parker Brother was working into programming the stuff into the site - one of you dipshits releases all of Zok's personal information. Everything about his health status, where he works, where he kids go to school - it was all out there. Big surprise: the site shut down, and I watched you fuckheads fragment into a few crappier sites.
You had Tranny HC45 Randy Airlines or whatever his deal was open longlivezoklet (great name, douchegnome), which sucked. Literally the only content was created by psychomanthis, because he's one of the few people who says he wants to contribute to a society of learners and walks the walk. Eventually RDFRN happened, it was moderated relatively hands off. There's potential and a community there, so a few of us start working on articles. I was outlining three different Cyber Forensic textbooks under the guidance of a college professor in order to release an updated text on Cyber Forensics and not even three weeks into the project you fucking assholes did the exact same thing. Someone gets a hold of Idio's personal information (including the information of his wife and kids) and claims he's going to release it unless the site is shut down. I post in the closing thread (yet again) with a huge fucking "I TOLD YOU SO." You cried that it wasn't good enough and how you wanted it to be something great, yet you contributed nothing and applauded at the people who destroy the site.
And then you dickheads have the audacity to blame idio for keeping not keeping it open. You guys are right - he should have let the address of his wife and kids float around the worst recesses of the internet so you assholes could have a place to post "OH NO I'M ON BALLER PROBATION WITH THE BUTTHOLE POLICE." Fuck you all, I would have done the same thing and pulled the plug. MmQ was even volunteering to host the site at the end just for the sake of keeping it alive, but they insisted it be shut down.
It's already starting here. You now finally have the zero moderation you morons spent over a decade crying for, and everyone's already complaining about starting new sites, taking control, and bellyaching about how you want something better.

Like I said, I appreciate the fact that Lanny left this open for us, but I think almost 12+ years of this bullshit has adjusted my expectations pretty realistically about the future of this website and community.
Just get over it. Totse is the first girl we ever dated. We loved it, it was interesting, we learned a lot, there was a genuine connection, and everything about it was perfect. But the problem is that you guys let your memory cloud the reality of what it really was. Most of us were younger and life in general was just more interesting. I can't even get a decent "post an interesting story about literally anything" thread going in this heap.
I'm already over it. My job kinda sucks but I've been accepted to school, I have friends, I get laid more than I should, I have a close family, I have hobbies, I belong to clubs, and I've amassed a small library in my house. I'm always learning and I'm happy Totse was a part of that, but I'm an adult now and have a life. Some of you guys need to move on and realize that this "great community" or whatever you make the people on this website to be would be the first watch you kill yourself on tinychat and laugh about it.
It's not just the userbase, though. The ability to attract dedicated people to a forum with the promises of fringe knowledge isn't appealing anymore. People want youtube, they want honey boo boo, they want videos and bright flashy pictures.

Honestly I felt like RDFRN was way better. It was pretty well modded, problem posters were confined to certain forums, Idio had really realistic expectations about the site, there were some great posters that I never see anymore (Hewfil or whatever, MmQ, Idio was a decent poster, Obbe, Sophie, NSA, Bill Krozby, Sploo Mayberrry, Lanny, Fang, IJ actually posted really knowledgeable stuff when he wasn't being an anti-Semitic dbag, that Russian hacker dude was cool before he destroyed the website, etc), people were beginning to produce actually content, there were interesting threads on the reg (the foreign one about carding and buying a Lamborghini, the Opsec threads, the college thread), it had a chat feature, and the admins actually listened whenever we asked for stuff.
I watched intosanc for a long time and honestly it never had a great userbase or content. Arnox also failed to understand the userbase he was trying to basically assert himself as an authority over. Granted my original point was to say that the userbase is largely to blame as to why we don't have a home anymore, but Arnox basically completely blames us and makes it out like every admin we've ever had is a great messiah to some great cause. He fronted like he believed in free speech, yet meanwhile he's shocked and appalled over the fact that some people had unpopular things to say.
Basically if RDFRN came back we might have a chance, idio was great, and people who complained about him are typically the types that are never satisfied. As far as intosanct, I would honestly rather post here than intosanct because Lanny isn't an autistic Mormon dweeb with the need to morally grandstand the very group of people he ostensibly is helping. -
