My alcoholic friend does this all the time, cooks dinner then passes out drunk with the food still on the counter then randomly finds it and eats it the next day. Got sick as fuck off some old greasy pork chops once.

If it's fried (which is what they did on long road trips before refrigeration) it should be OK to eat after 14 hours at room temp. you could get sick, but it wouldn't be as bad as if it were baked or boiled and sat out for 14 hours. for some reason Turkey doesn't preserve the same way.

i just drank a protein drink containing milk, eggs, powdered milk, yoghurt, protein powder/flavoring, and rice-drink that i made at 9pm last night. it is currently 6:30pm

ive been making the same petri-dish cocktail for decades and know when i should...and shouldnt...drink it.
one time i made it at midnight then brought it to work the next morning, intending to drink it. it was forgotten about for one reason or another and wound up sitting in the sun for several hours...but was then brought back to my barracks where i intended to drink it there. again...it was forgotten about until about midnight when i was planning on going to bed.
my pay was shit...and i couldnt afford to throw away the money i paid for the ingredients so i drank it, even though it tasted like i imagine shit would taste like. it certainly smelled like it.
yea. not the best idea i ever had. food poisoning extraordinaire...
