   She was a stay at home parent and was poor when my dad left her so she had to go to university when she was 40. She wasn't happy until later in her life when she had her own money.

   I was going to just keep getting a bar in my arm until I'm infertile but with women's rights under attack I want to get sterilised now. When the sense of control over your life is threatened it's necessary to regain it for your mental health.

   I cleared things up with my dad in the end. On his deathbed I said I never told him I loved him because I thought it would make him emotional and I didn't like to see my parents emotional. Just if anyone needed that closure...

   If you're not gonna breed why go through the process? Your body will naturally do it on it's own over time. My aunt never had kids but she did get some kind of surgery later in life idk what her motivation was if she never had kids before

   I wish I could take pills and get sterilized permanently. But unfortunately, we don't have such a thing yet. How come science has advanced so far but yet they haven't gotten around to do this? It's disappointing to say the least.
