Patriarchy caused the trans issue
-
2025-01-13 at 10 PM UTCAnd it's about to be amplified. If women are treated as second class citizens they will want to identify as men. When you try to enforce gender stereotypes young girls will believe they're boys if they don't identify with those stereotypes. Studies have shown men in the workplace take women who wear flat shoes more seriously than ones that wear heels, so of course you aren't going to see frilly dresses anymore, not when dressing feminine is mocked like in Legally Blonde. This is all your fault and it's about to get so much worse.

2025-01-13 at 10:03 PM UTCThe ones who can pull it off should start dressing like men now to deter rapists. I know that's what I would do if I lived in America.

In America this issue would have soon been solved, people would come to widely acknowledge the causes of it and address them, but now that won't happen, it will just be swept under the rug but it's not going anywhere and will get worse.
I understand there's exceptions for when someone has an excess of hormones from the opposite sex. What I can't condone is women giving men credit for their minds and sexism causing them to believe they don't belong in their own bodies, because they'll go on to reinforce gender stereotypes. The answer is to abolish gender altogether, but now it will get so much worse. -

it's funny because this is what the majority of them think; that life is easier and that they'll get more respect as men... until they actually do it.
the reality that they discover is that they become low-status 'men' that nobody takes seriously, the kind of guys that creeped them out back in the day - effeminate 'manlets' that women want nothing to do with, men don't see as 'bros' and gays are actively repulsed by.
to make matters worse they're still women with mutilated bodies and gonzo sausage dicks, so being ignored hurts them more than anything else. -

This sounds like a thought from some k hole echo chamber. Maybe it's time to drill that hole in your skull. -

no, the 'implication' is that that is the experience of a significant number of FTMs given how commonly it's expressed on reddit and other messageboards, and that if you deny it then perhaps you should see if your experience is any different -

I was gender confused once and had a positive experience. People treated me better. But at the end of the day I knew it was wrong to give men credit for my mind, so I chose the trials that come with being a woman. I'd rather be me and be hated. -

2025-01-14 at 9:01 AM UTCUhhhhhhh... in Pakistan there's a bunch of men who want to be women. These transgenders are easily recognized. They used to creep me out when I was younger but now I am used to them. I have seen them in almost every city I have been to.
