maybe, but the new smart meters have a built in microwave RADAR which seems to be operating in the human skulls resonant frequency range of about 300 for adult males to 700 MHz in infants.
So I think they're using mostly skull resonance in people who aren't chipped. Some Houston TIs have recorded the v2k in that range, consistent with cell towers etc.
Anyone with a software defined radio or spectrum analyzer can record v2k.

First time I heard it was an empty grocery store parking lot, sounded like a person right behind me. That's how Duncan described it. -

the brain works at 8-20hzt not that high up. especially in the Mhz range.
One belief is when everything was analogue you couldn't catch a wave and lock in on the frequency so easily and it changes between 8 and 20hzt but with new digital technology with ultra fast processor chips the size of a fucking micron could easily do this now
