A reflected radio wave will return sooner the closer an object is to it. When something shakes or vibrates, the waves will have different return times. At the resonant frequency of the object, the waves will show the greatest variation. A laser can also be used. Possibly simpler actually -

I'm wondering if there's a way to pulse the skull frequency fast enough to also induce a seizure.

paddle speakers. monodirectional. i'v seen the video on it. I think Jesse Ventura Conspiracy Theory maybe what 15 years back now? 2010 or some shit. i remember that one because I think people used it on me. I'v heard sound standing in one spot but not an inch over

I noticed the satanists that use v2k on me use military RADAR as backup if civilian power outages occur.
