Wrong, it's the same shit but fatties figured out it helped them lose weight so started taking it.
Again, just stop stuffing your face and there wont be a need for it unless you're diabetic.
Fat fucks, always trying to justify their gluttony.."eeeehhhhh it's not my fault, give me drugs to fix it ehhhhhh" -

Obesity and diabetes are the same disease, and can't be separated. Almost all obese people are insulin resistant, pre-diabetic or actually diabetic, and have hormonal issues causing problems with blood sugar and hunger regulation.
You really seem to get turbo moral about the whole thing, as if eating a crisps and beer and getting a belly is the worst sin a person can commit why is that? -

… also plenty of diabetics who are not Obese and plenty of Obese who are not diabetic.
There really arenβt that many obese people who arenβt diabetic or on their way to that, insulin sensitivity and hunger regulation are related, itβs not just some coincidence that a diabetes drug also promotes weight loss. -

Being Obese increases your chances of developing diabetes...same for the increase of heart disease, high blood pressure, joint problems, back problems, high cholesterol and strokes etc etc...that doesn't make them the same thing.
Running across a freeway with your eyes closed increases your change of being run over by a car too...
