Catching up on emails after being gone on vacation. Back to the grind today. Drinking a Coke Zero and not taking k-ratom or xanax. I'm officially off both! I used the xanax to help taper off of the k-ratom and then tapered off of the xanax. Pretty sad about no more day drinking :/
