   Nevada has a fuckload of Gold because underground springs have taken a 150 years to replenish Gold that was extracted in the 1800s. there is an entire Gold Rush boom in California, Nevada and Oregon right now. just fuck loads of gold found in river rocks and shit. people have come to learn to split open rocks where Gold gets caught in the veins in bolders people never thought about before. you can find on average a half gram of doré gold a day. depending on the quality it could be 100-500 bucks or more a gram which is about 75% Gold

   Land and house prices have hit rock bottom. and if you think that if USD collapses so will real estate prices you're going to be wrong. it will go down but there will probably be a demand for BRICS or Bitcoin or other cryptic to purchase homes
   
   but I'd rather car or van camp and get a gym membership to shower than rent a fucking apartment and throw my money away. in California or someplace warm.
