   It's assuming you are not engaged in an activity, about to leave the house, have other guests over, taking a nap, engaging it an activity that requires your full attention etc etc.
   
   When this has happened to me I just tell them "Sorry, I'm about to leave, you should have called" or something along those lines. After a while you will have trained most people who would do this to not show up...hopefully ever.

    Well people tend not to like being commanded, I understand that might come as a surprise to a submissive asian but here in the west if you COMMAND someone who is not your immediate subordinate they wont take it kindly...thereby lowering the chances they'll want to interact with you in the future.
    
    Again you have to train them which is a much more subtle way to command and a way that wont generally have the same negative consequences.
